Georg Kallweit and Akademie für Alte Musik Berlin performed works by Telemann, J.S. Bach and J.B. Bach at 92NY in NYC.
  • BlogCritics: "In the second movement (“Air”) (of J.B. Bach's "Ouverture") concertmaster Georg Kallweit recounted his emotion-laden solo violin part atop tasteful pizzicato accompaniment. Together, they demonstrated the tight-knit ensemble’s astonishing synchrony in phrasing and feeling."
The Handel and Haydn Society performed a "Baroque Christmas" at NEC's Jordan Hall.
  • The Boston Musical Intelligencer: "Boston’s premiere historically informed orchestra and chorus blessed attendees with a culturally innovative and delightfully inspirational 'Baroque Christmas'..."
